What country are the documents written for?

The contract templates are written in a generic sense, meaning, they can be used globally. I've had customers from the UK, New Zealand, America, Australia, Canada and so on. If you live in an English speaking country, you will be fine. If you're unsure, please send me an email.

When I buy the documents, how many times over can I use them?

When you purchase the documents, you can use them within your business over and over. There aren't any limitations. You don't need to buy multiple copies to use for each client.

Once I have made payment, how long before I receive the startup kit?

Once you have made payment, your order will be processed instantly and you will be redirected to the download page immediately. There isn't any waiting.

Can you send me an invoice for payment?

Sure. If you need an invoice, just email me and I'll send you one over. Clickbank will send you payment confirmation to your email that you can print off at any time as well.

What software do I need to view the contents of these products?

All of my products are provided in PDF, .xls, and .doc formats. So long as you have Adobe Reader installed, and either Microsoft Office or Open Office (for Macs) you will be fine. Both of these are free to download (see below):

  • Adobe Reader - Adobe Reader allows you to read the business guide ebook. You can download it for free by clicking here.
  • Open Office - For those that don't have Microsoft Office installed, Open Office is a great free alternative that is compatible with these file types.

Does this kit work on both Windows PC and Mac?

Yes.

Do you offer a refunds if I'm not happy?

Yes I do. I offer a full no questions asked, 60 day refund if you're dissatisfied for any reason. Of course, I make every effort to ensure my products are kick ass, and I hope you've read over everything in detail before you make purchase, so that you have a good understanding of what you're buying - but sure, if you're not happy, just email me and I'll help out. Please don't submit a refund request 2 minutes after purchase, because let's face it - that doesn't help anybody.

Is there help if I need it?

Absolutely. I'm always here to help. The best way is to simply email me by clicking on the contact tab up the top. I respond to every email that comes in, so don't hesitate getting in touch.
